Shipping and Return Policy


At Renegade Props, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction, which is why we have designed our shipping policy to ensure a seamless and worry-free experience for all our valued customers.

When it comes to shipping, we offer fast and reliable delivery options through our trusted shipping partners. Depending on your location and the specific product, you can expect your US Domestic order to arrive within 3 to 10 business days. Shipping and Handling fees ensure your products safe delivery, covering insurance and tracking information. In the event your product is damaged in transit, that insurance will cover the cost, and we will promptly work on a replacement.

Shipping prices may vary depending on size and weight of prop, as well as location of delivery.

All sales are final and not eligible for refund. We will provide replacements for items damaged in transit. If your item is damaged in transit, you are required to contact us via email renegadecosplayprops@gmail.com with photos of the damaged prop within 24 hours of delivery confirmation to then be eligible for a replacement.

NOTE: Minimal scuffing via shipping on unfinished props are not covered by this policy, but we will personally guide you on the steps you can take to finish the prop so its final product is seamless.
